5 Things Make a Post on a Wednesday

1. Christopher de Hamel is coming to campus today! He’ll be in Special Collections later this afternoon before his talk at 5 pm. I’m still rather excited.

2. Spain prep continues apace. This conference is going to be amazing.

3. Just ordered this Karen Hanmer piece for our collections. Teach all the binding methods!

Photo by Karen Hamner. It’s all hers.

I’m really looking forward to having this in the collections. *geeks out*

4. I’ve been asked to appear via Skype at the Doctor Who Celebration at the Experience Music Project on the 23rd. I’m so very flattered and pleased to do a Q&A for them! (We will, of course, also be recording a SUPER AWESOME VERITY EPISODE after the special airs.)

5. Chicago TARDIS is SO CLOSE. ZOMG. It feels wonderfully like ALL DOCTOR WHO ALL THE TIME right now, and I’m loving it to bits. We are watching a ton of documentaries and rewatching Freema Agyeman’s run as Martha in anticipation. Which is a happy thing for me. ❤
