Librarianing makes a post :-)

I went to the ANADPII conference in Barcelona late last month, followed immediately by Chicago TARDIS, hence my radio silence over here. Jet lag is definitely a thing. So was food poisoning, which I acquired on the flight home from Barcelona. UGH. I’m better now, thanks.

Anyway, I’m beginning to do my writeup of my notes over on the Digital POWRR blog.  I’ve had to break it up into multiple posts, because I took a lot of notes. Also, our poster got held up at customs, but I’ve posted a pic of it now!

In other Librarian news, did you notice that the Bodleian and the Vatican just unveiled a majorly swoonworthy cache of digitized materials?

The Atlantic has a droolworthy history of the academic library in pictures.

For fun, a bunch of signs that will make you want to buy or borrow books. 🙂

And a Collections Care graphic novel! And the lives and deaths of academic library staplers!

(Yes, it’s December in academia. We’re all a bit punchy).
